Online Recertification
ETC Provider certificates are valid for 5 years. You can ensure your ETC Provider certificate does not expire by either completing our online recertification course, or attending another face to face course.
The ETC Online Recertification course is only open to all Providers who hold an ETC Certificate approaching expiry and course covers a range of general trauma topics including paediatrics, older person, and traumatic cardiac arrest alongside human factors. Upon successful completion your ETC Provider certificate will be extended by 3 years. Providers should read the manual in conjunction with the course and will be assessed via an online test.
The online recertification course costs €250 or COLA equivalent, including link to ETC Manual (online PDF).

In the months before their certificate expires eligible certificate holders will be contacted directly via the email address registered in COSY, to offer them either the opportunity to undertake the online recertification course or attend a face to face course.
